For this Toronto condo, sisters Olivia and Jenna Botrie of @dartstudioinc set out to find a balance between their parents’ different tastes — their dad prefers things simple, while their mom gravitates toward detail and interest. The kitchen anchors the space with a curved peninsula island that reads like a piece of furniture, while sleek, integrated Bosch premium appliances maintain a streamlined look. Parisian-inspired design moments can be seen throughout, including herringbone floors and surface-applied moulding, plus a showstopping wall mural by Phillip Jeffries in the dining room.
