“Our clients were looking for a space that was fun for entertaining, socializing and enjoying time together,” says designer Michaela Burns of the brief for this Toronto home refresh. Having previously worked with the clients, she knew exactly how to curate the home’s aesthetic to achieve the desired look and feel. Delicate fabrics, textured materials, clean lines and soft earthy tones now dominate the residence, offering a mature look that’s contemporary, sophisticated and tailored to the homeowners’ unique style.
